It’s been said that “People don’t change.” My experience as a therapist and a human being refutes this statement. With awareness, intention, and determination, people and relationships are capable of amazing, positive transformation!

WELCOME

Would you like to make a positive change in your life? Do you need help working through relationship difficulties or transition? I have followed a lifelong passion for helping others. Drawing from my own life struggles, experience, and professional training, I can offer tools that you can use, insights that will guide you along the way, and proven results that will have a positive impact for you and those around you.

My ultimate goal is to help you find the answers I know you have within you. I create a safe environment that supports greater self-awareness so you can figure out what is keeping you stuck or distressed and choose how to make positive change. My approach is gentle but direct, and my clients tell me I’m easy to talk to and they feel deeply cared for. At the same time, I’m an action oriented therapist, and I challenge you to be honest with yourself and examine how you may be sabotaging possibilities for a happier life. And I encourage laughter – it has such a strong healing force.

If you’re reading this then you have started the process of positive change, and I urge you to take the next step and make an appointment today. I offer a no-cost consultation to allow us to meet and determine what is right for you. Please call or e-mail me @ sharon@sharoncoulter.com or 310.871.4845.
