About Sharon

“Every storm runs out of rain.” ~ Gary Allan

This moment in time is unlike any other. You may find your mind racing, sometimes with shock, sometimes with denial, sometimes with fear, sometimes with disbelief. Knowing how to help calm ourselves is the most important thing we need right now, for our own wellbeing but also for our friends, our families, and most important of all our children.

If you’re struggling to manage the tumultuous changes we’re all facing, as an individual or couple, I’m so glad you found your way here. To alleviate the anxiety and depression so many are facing, I can offer tools and insights to support you as well as therapeutic approaches such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, and Hypnosis. My practice is online and I use a Hipaa compliant platform to ensure your privacy is secured.

My approach is gentle but direct, and my clients tell me I’m easy to talk to and they feel deeply cared for. At the same time, I’m an action oriented therapist, and I challenge you to be honest with yourself.

If you haven’t done online therapy before, I promise you it’s easy and effective. Please call me at 310.651.7412 or e-mail me at sharon@sharoncoulter.com. We can determine if I’m a good fit for you and if so set up an appointment at your convenience. At this time, I am seeing clients both during the week and on weekends.
